Nice ring for the price

Good ring, slower shipping

I ordered a Hexagon Cut Moissanite ring from BBBGEM. The ring itself is lovely, really well-made and the stone has great sparkle. Packaging was secure too. However, shipping took a bit longer than I expected, around 10 days to get here in California. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delay, which was a plus. Overall, pretty satisfied, but they could speed up their delivery times.

I'd say BBBGEM is more unique and handmade feeling. Brilliant Earth is more traditional I guess. Quality-wise, I think BBBGEM is great, especially for the price compared to BE. You're getting something more personal.

Totally different vibe. Brilliant Earth is big corporate, BBBGEM feels more boutique. I actually prefer the handmade look of BBBGEM and the quality on my alexandrite ring is awesome. Definitely not a step down, just different.

Yeah, I got a custom alexandrite ring. It took a while, probably like 3-4 weeks for them to make it then another week for shipping to SoCal. Was worth the wait though.

Mine was a bit faster, maybe 2.5 weeks for the custom part and then standard shipping to SF. I think it depends on how complex the design is.

From what I understand, yes, lab-grown diamonds are inherently more ethical than mined ones because there's no conflict or environmental damage from mining involved. BBBGEM specifically states their diamonds are ethically sourced.
